Delivery and Returns

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed and processed  within 2 to 3 working days of placing the order. You will receive an email confirming your order. Customers will be informed of any delays with processing their orders or product availability with our supplier. 

Order Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and processed for dispatch, your card will be charged and your order will be dispatched within 3 days. Please note that any delays with item processing or availability may affect the 3 days. Tracking details will be sent by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 72 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us via email at so that we can help. 


We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to  so that we can evaluate the issue and process a return and a refund for you where appropriate. 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:

We offer Free 14 days returns and a full refund on all ALL  items subject to terms and conditions. Customers have within 48 hours to change their mind and cancel an item after placing the order. Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order will be processed as a returned item provided the item was returned unopened and in original packaging, not used or installed. Please follow our return procedure. Refunds will be issued immediately after the item or items have been received and checked to be in appropriate condition. Refunds will be processed and issued to your payment method this may take 3 days to appear in your bank.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means customers have within 14 days of receiving their item to request a return and refund.
For items to be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that customers received, unused, uninstalled, undamaged or fitted, resalable and in original or suitable packaging. We therefore advise that items are opened with care. Items damaged in return's transit will not be accepted.

When return is accepted, we’ll send customers return shipping label or arrange for a pick up depending on the size and weight of item as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact our support team for any queries. Refunds will be issued to the customer's original payment method after returned items have been received.


We hope you are satisfied and happy with all your purchase, but in the event where you are not happy or changed your mind about your item and would like to return or exchange it for a different product, Please follow our returns procedure. For exchange please contact our support team at  for your exchange to be processed. Alternatively you can return the item in its original state following our return process and then repurchase the item of your choice after the refund has been processed and paid to your original payment method.  Hesed Spas and Bathrooms will not be liable for orders placed by mistake. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to make a final check of all items at checkout before placing the order. In the event where an order is placed by mistake the buyer will be responsible for the return cost and restocking fee. Returned items must be uninstalled nor used and in the original package. A refund will be issued once items have been received and checked.
